Return and Refund Policy – LH23.com

1. Scope

This policy applies to all orders placed on www.LH23.com, operated by LH23, a company based in France.
It governs the conditions of returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased online.

 

2. Right of withdrawal (Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code)

In accordance with French law, the customer has a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason or incurring any penalty.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tested, for hygiene and safety reasons;
  • Products that have been unsealed after delivery;
  • Products whose original packaging or seals have been altered.

👉 Only unused, unopened products in their complete original packaging may be returned.

 

3. Return procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify LH23 within 14 days of receiving the order, by e-mail at:

The customer must then return the product within 14 days after notifying LH23, to the address provided by customer service.

Returned items must:

  • Be in new, unused condition;
  • Be shipped via tracked and secure delivery (proof of shipment required);
  • Have return shipping costs paid by the customer.

LH23 reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

 

4. Refunds

Once the return has been inspected and approved, LH23 will issue a refund for the product price (excluding initial shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

No refund will be granted if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or damaged;
  • The return was not pre-approved;
  • The returned package is incomplete or altered.

 

5. Defective or incorrect products

If the product is defective or does not match the order, the customer must contact LH23 within 48 hours of receipt at:

Photos of the product and packaging may be requested.
If the issue is confirmed, LH23 will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost, or
  • A full refund of the defective product.

 

6. Promotional or special offers

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or pre-launch offers (e.g., “3 for the price of 1”) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defects or shipping errors.

 

7. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for proper packaging and secure return shipping.
Any damage incurred during transport may result in a denied refund.

 

8. LH23 disclaimer

LH23 cannot be held liable for:

  • Improper use or storage of the product;
  • Adverse reactions due to personal allergies;
  • Alteration or modification of the product after delivery.

LH23 products are cosmetic products only and do not constitute medical or therapeutic treatments.
